These terms govern your use of SALIME GROUP and any reservation made through SALIME GROUP. By using the site or booking a stay, you agree to these terms. This document is subject to update as our legal documentation is finalized.

1. Who we are

SALIME GROUP is a private collection of luxury villas in El Poblado, Medellín, created for travelers seeking a more exclusive, intimate, and refined way to experience the city.

2. Bookings

A reservation is confirmed once payment is authorized and a confirmation email is sent. You must be at least 21 years old to book, provide accurate guest details, and comply with local regulations at your destination.

3. Payment

Payment is processed through Stripe or paypal for direct bookings. Prices are displayed in USD or the local currency of the property and include cleaning fees. Taxes and applicable tourism fees are shown at checkout on airbnb.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation terms vary by rate plan and are displayed at checkout before you confirm. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Guest conduct

Guests are responsible for their behavior and that of any companions during the stay. Commercial activity or unregistered guests are not permitted unless explicitly agreed in writing.SALIME GROUP may terminate a stay without refund in case of serious breach.

6. Property condition

Report any damage or issue within 24 hours of check-in. The guest is liable for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of liability

SALIME GROUP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or stay, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the SALIME GROUP issues your reservation, as reflected in your booking confirmation.
